Membership Terms and Conditions

(Mostly to keep the index full of quality photographers)

• Membership after initial setup is guaranteed for 12 months per term.
• If for some reason this site has to come down before your 12 month period finishes, you will be given a pro-rated refund via PayPal based on how long your listing has been in place.
• Photographers with broken websites or emails will be contacted to correct their links.
• No pornography – period.
• Three changes to your photographer’s profile are allowed in every 12 month period.  After that changes will be billed for $10.00 each.

LexingtonKyPhotographers.com is not responsible in any manner for the interaction between photographer and potential or present clients.

This website exists simply as a means of reaching new potential business.  It comes with no guarantee that you will make new customers or improve relationships with your customers.
